How to Add to a Drop-Down List?

Adding new information to any of the drop-down menus is easy:

Take, for example the ‘Alternative ID Type’ field mentioned above. This has a drop-down menu that allows you to click on the arrow to choose from a selection of pre-loaded names.  Should you wish to add, delete or edit these previously loaded items, all you have to do is double click within the field (the white area) and a new dialogue box will appear as follows:

Here you can add a new name by clicking on the ‘Add’ button, delete a record or edit any existing information.  When you have finished editing this section, click on the ‘Close’ button to return to the ‘Learner Form’.
